We want you to love what you ordered — like, full cartwheel joy. But if something's not right, we've got you.

⏳ 30-Day Grace Window

You’ve got 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return. (We believe in second chances, but we also believe in deadlines.)

✅ Eligibility Checklist

To be return-worthy, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Still tagged and fabulous

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved first — once approved, you'll receive an email with return instructions and the address to ship to. (No PO box? No problem — we’ll handle that part behind the scenes.)

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will be rejected faster than a bad date.

🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Girl, we’re on it. If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong one, email us immediately with photos and details. We'll fix it faster than you can say “holy grit.”

🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned

Some things just aren’t meant to come back:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (think beauty products)

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (those blessings were final, Queen)

🔁 Exchanges

Need something different?
Return the original (once approved), and place a new order. It’s faster than waiting on the swap.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it — no explanation needed.
Just keep it unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Send us the receipt and we’ll handle it from there.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll notify you.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank still dragging after 15? Email us — we’ll help nudge it along.
