Shipping Policy

Pretty Things. Serious Purpose. Delivered.

We believe good things are worth looking forward to. Especially when they're made just for you.

Every She Laughs™ piece is created with intention, made to order, and sent your way with a little extra joy.

Here's everything you need to know while your order makes its way home.

Free U.S. Shipping? Absolutely.

We love a good surprise. Shipping charges aren't one of them.

Free U.S. shipping on all tees, sweatshirts, and hats.
Free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Orders below $75 containing mugs may have shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

No mystery math. Your applicable shipping charges will be shown before you place your order.

Made to Order. Made for You.

We don't pull your sweatshirt off a dusty warehouse shelf.

Each piece is made especially for you after your order is placed.

Production time: Typically 2–7 business days.

This includes printing, preparation, and quality checks before your order ships.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Production can occasionally take longer during busy seasons or when unexpected delays occur.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your order has been made and shipped, it's officially on its way!

Estimated delivery after shipping:

United States: Typically 2–5 business days with standard shipping. Some services may take 4–8 business days.
International destinations, where available: Standard shipping typically takes 10–30 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Remember: Production time and shipping time are separate. Your total delivery time includes both.

Holidays, weather, carrier delays, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control can occasionally extend delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Go ahead. Check it twelve times.

We've all been there.

Tracking updates can sometimes take a few business days to appear after a shipment is created.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

Ordered more than one thing? Excellent taste.

Because our products may be made by different production partners, items from the same order can arrive in separate packages and on different days.

You may also receive separate tracking information.

No need to panic if your new favorite sweatshirt arrives before everything else.

International Shipping

We're happy to welcome customers beyond the United States wherever shipping is available.

International delivery options depend on the product, destination, and shipping services currently supported. Available shipping options and charges will appear at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times may vary because of customs processing or international carrier schedules.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

A quick favor, sis: Double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help before your order enters production or ships, but address changes aren't always possible.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

If tracking shows a delay, your package appears lost, or something doesn't look right, please reach out. We'll help review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

We'll also work with you if there's a confirmed shipping or fulfillment error.
